Bob is the author of five Amazon #1 selling books about advertising. He is also one of the most sought-after international speakers on advertising and marketing.

One of his books, "BadMen: How Advertising Went From A Minor Annoyance To A Major Menace" exposed many of the dangerous data abuse practices that are now making international headlines. It was selected "Best of Marketing 2017."

He is creator of the popular “The Ad Contrarian” blog, named one of the world's most influential marketing and advertising blogs by Business Insider.

Bob's commentary has appeared in the BBC World Service, The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, The Financial Times, The Australian, New Zealand Public Broadcastng, Fox News, Sky News, Forbes, Canadian Public Broadcasting, and many other news outlets throughout the world.

Tech industry trailblazer in accelerating inclusion & multi-award-winning entrepreneur

Nora Bavey is the General Partner at Unconventional Ventures, a Nordic VC that focuses on impact tech companies founded by diverse founders.

She is the the award-winning brand strategist who became a tech entrepreneur only to become the investor she needed, who focuses on diverse founders and sees ownership and entrepreneurship as the strongest tools for equality. Withher understanding and focus on Sustainability, DEI and future trends, she is building ecosystems in the Nordics region as well in Europe to take advantage of the potential she sees being lost today.

Paul Svensson
Award-winning chef

Paul Svensson is an award-winning Swedish chef who runs the plant-based restaurant at Fotografiska that in 2021 was awarded a Green Star by the Michelin Guide and named Sweden’s best and most sustainable restaurant by 360° Eat Guide. Since 2018 Paul Svensson is a Goodwill Ambassador to the United Nations Association of Sweden, specializing in food and sustainability.

Will Scougal
Snapchat's Global Director, Creative Strategy

In 2015 Will joined Snapchat to build and lead the creative strategy team. Prior to Snapchat, Will was Head of Brand Strategy at Twitter where he created award-winning work at the forefront of data-led and real-time marketing.

Since joining Snapchat, Will has helped establish the platform's global presence and his team has helped brands pioneer new and innovative ways to drive business results by building campaigns with augmented reality and vertical video at their heart.

Will believes that Augmented Reality is the most exciting driver of culture to come along since film, and that the camera is a place where people choose to spend time with brands.

Cecilia Tengroth
Secretary-General to the UN Association of Sweden

Cecilia Tengroth is Secretary-General to the United Nations Association of Sweden since October 2021. Previously she served as Chief of Staff to the Swedish Red Cross. She has also worked at the Ministry of Defense and Swedish Defence University. Her background is as a lawyer specialized in international law. She has also published various books and articles on the topic of international humanitarian law.

Ricki Rebecka Petrini
Head of Marketing & Communication at Schibsted

Journalist turned marketer with a background in Swedish news media. Head of Marketing & Communication at Schibsted. She's a strong advocate for equal and diverse media.

Harriet Kingaby
Co-chair at The Conscious Advertising Network

Harriet is an activist, working at the intersection of advertising, AI and misinformation. As Insights Director at Media Bounty, she focuses on insight gathering and climate misinformation across a range of groundbreaking clients and projects from electric vehicles to green finance.She co-founded The Conscious Advertising Network with Jake Dubbins of Media Bounty in 2018 and has since seen it gain international recognition, work with the UN, and grow to over 150 members from Virgin Media O2 to GSK and British Gas. She’s a former Mozilla Fellow, working with Consumers International to map the opportunities and impacts of AI enhanced advertising, globally.
